Our Therapists

Alyshia Collins, LMHC, CCTP-II, CMNCS

“I believe in the transformative power of therapy to navigate life's challenges and transitions. Together, we embark on a collaborative journey towards healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.”

I offer a personalized, collaborative, and integrative approach to therapy tailored to the unique needs of each individual. In addition to my graduate-level education, I am additionally trained in culturally sensitive counseling, mental health nutrition, and complex trauma.

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in compassion and a person-centered approach, which forms the cornerstone of my practice. I meet clients where they are in their journey, fostering a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth. Utilizing HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, I provide convenient and confidential services exclusively through remote sessions.

A lifelong learner myself, I am committed to continuous professional development, recognizing the importance of self-improvement, just as my clients endeavor to enhance their lives. Common therapeutic interventions I utilize in my appointments include ACT, Trauma-Informed, Logotherapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Solution-Focused strategies. These interventions will be explored collaboratively throughout your healing journey, as we explore which plan works best in your present lifestyle.
